Why so incompetent?

Sanlam is a major company with many Actuaries working for them. If it takes 2 to 3 days for your statement to be emailed to you, how long does it take to make a payment for a claim. Why so long? Why does the time go from 24hours, to 2-3 working days, to 3-5 working days. Amazing and totally unacceptable.
