I have been a client of Sanlam for -1 year, i was not informed of the Sanlam Reality membership benefits. When i did find out about this benefit, i emailed my consultant who then sent an email to the relevant email address asking an agent to contact me with regards to this benefit, it has now been 14 working days and i have not been contacted by anyone! The service is really disappointing especially since i changed my Insurance provider from Liberty to Sanlam expecting better service and products.
