Failing to return calls or give feedback

My family logged a death claim with Sanlam after the passing of my father, from the onset Sanlam has failed to give feedback or updates on the status of the claim. I only get feedback if I personally call them & even then I'm told I need to wait 15 working days for any kind of update, but after those 15 days still NOTHING!
I've submitted all the documents Sanlam has requested, even though I needed to call Sanlam to enquire if they have everything they need to proceed. Had I not called I wouldn't have known that other supporting documents are needed.
This type of client service is absolutely pathetic!
