POLICY CANCELATION - 2 weeks and still NOTHING!!!

I requested to cancel a policy with Sanlam on 4/11/13. I received my documentation a while later and send back with the documentation as requested from my financial advisor. One week later I am requested to send a marriage certificate, including a new set of documents I had to fill in, again. I received an email to say that the money would be paid on 15/11/13. ( 11 days later). The following Monday (14 days later) when I phoned myself, Sanlam had not processed the payment as they could not allocate my banking details that were sent through on 4/11/2013. I had to update my banking details and payment was promised within 48hours. Today, 19/11/2013 (15days later) I receive a call from Sanlam asking that I send new documents; proof of residence this time as their legal department would not accept the levy account that was also send through an entire 15days ago! So it has taking 15 days and I have not received MY money from Sanlam. I am done with this incompetent company, being the 2nd time I have had to complain like this. My husband and I would like to cancel all other policies with Sanlam due to BAD service delivery!
