Just been scamed by Sanlam Staff

I have just called Sanlam on 0861 235 433 for a claim as I was admitted in hospital from 2 September to - 6 September, I have made a claim as I am paying every month for my hospital plan and I ve just been told they do not pay for more than 3 days... I was admitted for 4 days, I ve been there befor and was told to wait for 15 days. I did that, called them today and now telling me something I have never signed for thus and when I joined no one told me about thus new Rule... If that is the case when admitted for 4 days why cant they pay for 3 days? when did thus Rule begin? why am I only told now? what is the correct procedure? why are we getting surprises when claiming? why make me wait for so long? I ve been so tolerance with this company? They are quick to make a debit but always ve a problem for consumers claim? Thus really needs the superiors intervention? You people are taking chances? why was I not informed before?
I am very disappointed with the treatment you gave me after wasting so much airtym call in. Thus is daylight and thus will not end on Helo Peter, am reporting thus its not acceptable...
money gets terminated if sick for days? Jeeez :-(
