I am a PPS cusomter who has a retirement annuity with Sanlam. Before the end of July I requested my wife's banking details be changed. I have emailed Sanlam again Yesterday about this but received a response that they should get back to me before the 20th of July. A turnaround time of 25 days for a change in banking details is not acceptable.
