ITC CHECK DONE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I had opened up a cheque account with a consultant named Poppy she had advised that she can score me a credit card i then asked her if she will do a itc check she replied on email saying no the system will either approve or decline so i advised her to go ahead and check. I then recieved my itc report she made two enquiries without my permission she had to me just to make the sale. I am exstremely dissapointed with the service i recieved and i am disgusted as clearly she intentionally to me. I am now having second thoughts about the account i opened as i recieved everything on email and was not explained anything so from what i understand the cheque account will help me save money paying R80 a month for it I hope that this is the case and that this will be resolved as soon as possible.
