Jet Account opened without my knowledge

I am registered with a college and am in the process of a course transfer and in order to transfer they need to credit vett, my student advisor called me and asked me whether or not i have a Jet account and i explained that i didnot and have never opened one and he advised me that on the system after i had been credit vetted it stated that i had not made payments to a so called Jet account which was on my name in 9 MONTHS... OMW... My ID was along with my wallet and other personal belongings a few years ago but i did check whether or not accounts were open under my details and nothing was at that time. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL FROM JET regarding this so called account and now i have an account which i have never opened and it is in arrears...
