Recieved bad service at Standard Bank

My credit card was blocked because it was in arrears and i was advised by an agent @ Standard Bank to pay it off & it will be sent to me. I did that on the 07/09/13 & i was advised that it will be sent in 7working days but until now i have not recieved it. I have been calling the call centre for more than 6times now & i was told the same story of waiting for 7days its already on its way only to find that those were because its been a month already now. When i called on the 30/09/13 AGAIN Joseph Witticker advised me that i need to go to the branch with my documents to apply for a new card like a new client which to me doesnt make sense as ive had this card for more than 5yrs now and nobody ever advised me that will be the case. My car, savings, Cheque card insurances are with them but i feel like i am being treated unfairly. My question is out of all the agents ive dealt with @ Standard Bank who doesnt know what they doing?? i am very hurt and dissapointed @ their service after all these years being a loyal client to them.
