Cheque Account - That is a savings account

I had opened up an account with a consultant named Poppy Saboa she had advised me its a cheque account. This morning i went to the atm and selected the cheque account option but then it declined to give me any funds saying that there is insufficeint funds avalable. So i then went to another atm and selected the option which said debit - savings and then i was allowed to withdraw funds so what am i doing with two savings accounts??? Why would i open up another savings account and im paying exstra for this? This is the type of service i get for being a loyal customer! This is just too much i am going to change banks. First it was the two ITC enquries done without my permission and now this. Is this the type of service that you give to all your clients???
