48 hours, 10 days... NOTHING DONE

On 5 Feb money was withdrawn from my bank account whilst I was at work, I had my bank card with me. I immediately phoned the query number when the SMS came through, only to be told that their systems are currently down. The reference number for the call is 36173048, I spoke to Yolanda. I then called the division and spoke to Rochelle who was very helpful. She blocked my cards/account and gave me a case number 3044279. I was told it would take 48 hours to resolve. I called the next day for an update, only to be told it would take 10 working days. I called almost every 2nd day for an update and was told the same thing - 10 working days. I called again this morning only to be told that the system shows I only reported it on 11 Feb, which is not true AND that NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!! This is pathetic, I was pro-active and reported it immediately -10 DAYS AGO to be exact, and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! I have to beg and borrow to get by because of this, and you've done nothing. I want some answers, how much longer is this going to take???
