EMPTY PROMISES!!! WORSE BANK!

On the 4th January 2013, R1220 was withdrawn from my account at Southdale Branch. I tried to contact STD Bank but was transferred 17times and after using R190 airtime, I gave up. Early Saturday morning (5th January 2013) I went to Southdale STD Bank to report the matter. I spoke to a consultant and she called the division and I reported the matter and was given reference number: 2980211. I was assured that within 3 working days someone will call me to update me on the matter. 3 days passed and NOTHING! I call again and they promise that someone will call me back... NOTHING... after 6 days I call and after using another R120 airtime... still NO help at all and no feedback regarding my issue... worst of all... I HAVE NO MONEY! but who cares? Not STD Bank. Needless to say, I called this morning and still nothing. ITS been 13 days since reported and I havent received 1 call! What kind of service is this that a big company like STD Bank offers to its clients? Please can someone help me, I desperately need my money while I wait for the next pay date. Its Janauary guys... please be considerate!
