Not Receiving my R400 Cashback

I Recently asked for a quote and outsurance couldn't even come close to my current insurance. When i submitted my documents for the R400 payout, the mail i received said that i don't qualify for the payout since the area was different. Clearly you guys didn't read my current Policy. It clearly states that my new address is in Amber fields Flat number 18. Thats the exact flat. Its the same place the lady asked that she wanted street address which was 3 fouriesburg where the complex is situated. So either you guys didnt read my policy and still worked with my PO BOX in nelspruit? No phonecall back to Clearify with me? and you guys still want to sell life policy to me? how can i trust outsurance with a simple mistake like this?
