December 2012 occurred from my account. I immediately called SB to report this. The person I spoke to told me that he will block my card and to expect a call in three working days. On the third day I called them. I quoted my reference number. They then told me that they do not have this number on the system and my card had not been blocked. They also told me that two more transactions occurred within these three days. These are the faults of SB employees:
1. Failure to block my card
2. Denying me new cards (I don't know why)
3. Not calling me to approve overseas transaction (they actually about this first)
4. Supposedly compensating me but after I used the money they said it was a mistake and asked for the money back
5. No response from complaints department yet

I also asked them to loan me money until the is reversed as I was broke now. They actually wanted to charge me interest!

Please change who you bank with, there are others out there who do so much more for you!
I do not want SB to call me. The damage has been done. SB employees are extremely incompetent and useless! Failed me when I needed them! Treated me like I am nothing to them. Worst bank ever!
