So last week I received a quotation from of their consultants who clearly stated that his giving me a R369 comprehensive cover on my car so I immediately signed up cause it was such a great deal. Two days later I received my documents and as I was reading them I immediately realised that I was covered for a Limited coverand not comprehensive as promised on the phone. I immediately phoned and complaines so I was promised thell listen to recording then get back then I was told recording states that it was limited cover then I asked okay I'd like to listen to recordings with the managers cause I know for a fact what was discussed on the convo. And now before even listening to the recording with me I'm already told they will never give me the price they promised me, cause I can't be promised onething and be getting something else cause that constitude &everytime I have to phone them for feedback, they could never just pick up the phone to let me know what's going on instead I get the run around when I phone and still get told I won't get what I was promised. I really hope this is not the way you handle your customers claims cause in my mind you've lready painted a really bad pic
