Runaround with submitting a claim

I took out a policy with dial direct beginning of January and I bumped into a pole inside my complex and when I made a claim im being told the information they have doesn't correspond to what they have on the system. They telling me that the information they have indicates that my husband told them I have comprehensive cover which I don't and my licence is just a month old so how can I have comprehensive cover for 2years when my licence is just a month old. It's been two weeks now and I keep getting a run-around, last week Thato said they are listening to the recordings and today they say they are waiting for the recordings. It doesn't take long to get recordings and even listen to them. I was given a consultant (Thato) to handle my case and she is never available and I have to contact the call centre in order to get through to the claims department. I spoke to Edith, Thato and Mpho and they all give me the an unsafictoary response. I will be taking this matter to the Ombudsman because I am not happy with the service that dial direct is giving me, they are quick to want money
