Need password so i can listen to recordings

I logged a complaint about a policy i took 2008 and a lady from Absa phoned me last week in relation to it. she called me twice, forst to say she is waiting for the recording from when i took the POLICY and she Phoned again on thursday so i can listen to it. to my suprised, she came up with the second recording when they offered to ammend my first POLICY, i then asked her why this one not the first one she then told me that she will get me the first, i didnt like the fact that she choose the second recording not the very first one and she promised to get the second one and she will then put both on the disc so i can listen.. she wanted to give me password, i then suggested that she must e-mail me the password so that i can get her contact detail and be able to call her when done listeing, that was last week thursday, till today no e-mail and i have recieved the disc but now i cant listen to it and i forget her name and she was calling me with private number.

now am sitting with a disc that is no use cause she didnt do as she promised to send me the password so i can listen to this recording and be able to call or e-mail to say that i have listened to it.
