Altech autopage suspended my cell phone, saying i owed them R129.75 adminstration on my upgrade plus R49 reconnection fee & i told them that i dont remember anyone telling about such fee and i was told they'll listen to telephone recoding and also send me the recording. it's been 3 weeks now & i have rececived any response & i'm still without phone access. yesterday i called again & i was promised someone will call me back with regards to the recording. even worse i've also been billed for BIS that i no longer have
