Dont get what you are promised

Approx 3 months ago I updated my sons cell contract. We were contacted by there sales dept & my son was offered a Samsung phone with 50 min talk time, 50 sms & 75 mb of data and because of there promotion an additional 300 or 500 mb of data for R369 per month. After the first month I saw he had no data, I phoned them and they said you had to phone in to activate it you only get the 75mb per month without activation. So I activated the data. Another month passed & still no data & now no sms's. I phoned in an was told i misunderstood & that the sms were only for the first month. (If I had know this I would not have taken the contract) I then was told the contract also only comes with 75mb of data. So three months later my contract had shrunk to 50 min talk time, no sms and only 75mb of data. I told them I wanted to listen to the recording as this was not what was promised. Two days later a lady contacted me and said that we were offered 50min talk time, 50 sms (on promotion) which apparently means only one month (This is misleading as they dont say only for one month), they are apparently listening to the recording it has been 10 days & still no response. They promise a 24 hr respon
