Outsurance definitely don't bend over backwards

Since I joined as an excited new client, I expected excellent customer orientated service! But all I have ever received is bad service!
When I was in a claim process, I has specifically asked how it would affect my premium to be told that it can be discussed at year end or the review stage. After receiving the review of the policy, I call and was promised a call back (which I have also been told by one of their consultants is that calling clients back with feedback is not their policy or procedure) and of course did not receive the call back, I called. Finally speak to a manager who says 'nothing they can do'.
Even after listening to a call still 'nothing they can do'. I know I am just one member, and mean nothing to them. But their false advertising is very heart breaking for a client who now cannot afford insurance.
Help@Out and bending over backward is as they do not keep up their promises.
The managers attitude was not empathetic or helpful what so ever, just kept giving 'nothing we can do'.
I am left frustrated and completely stressed out without any insurance because the people wo advertise bending over backwards for clients say 'nothing we can do!!!
