I called MiWay Insurance about a week ago to add my VW Beetle to my insurance portfolio. At that time, I asked Pamela if she could confirm that I don't have to pay any excess in any event of a claim, be it scratches, dents, hijacking, as was explained to me my the agent when I joined MiWay, she told me that the dents/scratches is a different cover. I then asked that they retrieve the voice recording of the day that I joined to prove that I was promised that I AM covered against this and where the agent assured me that I don't need dent/scratch cover as it was included in my cover that they offered me at the time. I was told by Pamela that she would get back to me in 48 hours. This did not materialise. I called MiWay on 11 June 2013 and spoke to Mpho and requested that they listen to the recording and confirm that scratches and dents are covered. She promised to get back to me before the end of business on that day. Needless to say, she did not. I am very disappointed at the service that I am currently receiving from them.

I need MiWay to confirm the following: a) That I am insured against everything (including dents) (check recording); b) My VW Beetle is successfully added.
