Cancellation of policy and funds debited

I was communicating with Kingprice from the 2-February-2013 to enquire about funds debited off my account after I have cancelled my policy with them. To date I havent received any feedback with regards to the query. An e-mail was send to Tracey Miller from the Retentions department on the 12-02-2013 and still no answer. The e-mail reads as follows: Herewith please find copy of my bank statements as discussed yesterday over the telephone. Noted the copy that I send is not clear enough to see the charges that went through
I have marked the bank charges.

Hope this query will be resolved in a matter of 24hrs as discussed, you will note that R500.00 was transferred into my account on the 08-February- 2013 of which I didn't utilize because of the bank charges. This has been unpleasant experience with your company and truly frustrating one.

Should the matter not be resolved you leave me no choice but to report King Insurance to the Ombudsman and Hello Peter. It has taken me close to 2 weeks to get assistance from you (King Insurance) to be exact from the 2-February-2013 to date. Bearing in mind that charges should be calculated in pro-rata the day I made the call.
