Terrible Customer Service

This report has only been written as a last resort. I have now contacted the NetFlorist call centre 5 times and have e-mailed them 3 times. NetFlorist has failed to respond to any of my e-mails and their call centre continuously passes the buck and blames eBucks without resolving or even having the common decency to respond to my queries via email. I ordered 10 red roses in a gold vase along with the free box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates to be delivered to my wife on the 13th of February. The order was placed on netflorist's website and I selected the ebucks payment option. I paid with eBucks and the transaction was successful. NetFlorist, however, has no record of my order and just keep blaming eBucks. eBucks has confirmed that the transaction was successful and that NetFlorist has been informed that the funds have been transferred. As the order was placed on NetFlorists site and eBucks successfully transfrerred the funds it is clear that it is up to NetFlorist to resolve the matter. The customer service and service delivery of NetFlorist has been nothing short of abysmal. I will not make use of their services again and would advise anyone to spend their eBucks elsewhere...
