With the good intention of surprising one of my friends with flowers on her birthday, I went onto the ebucks website 12/11/2013 and placed an order with ebucks, the supplier being Netflorist. The flowers were suppose to be delivered on 14/11/2013 and when I asked her if the flowers arrived in good condition... she had no idea what I was talking about. After I have been given a order number, delivery id, AND item number NOBODY could tell me what happened to the flowers... it was missing. I have spent SO much time on my phone trying to resolve this matter and NOBODY could help me. Eventually I spoke to Kavith at round about 16:00 on 14/11/2013, and he promised that someone would contact me, nothing!!! System showed "delivered" but NO flowers. I have spent more than an hour AGAIN today trying to get this sorted, was told my friend would have her flowers before 13:00 today with an apology gift (what a joke!!!) NOTHING WAS DELIVERED!!! It is shocking and unacceptable that a client should chase after you guys in the call centre, waste time and money and at the end of the day have NO answer. 'Im awaiting a response and credit to my ebucks account!!!
