I regreat taking this policy with AIG

No sure where to start about this complain.from management to call centre, everyone seam to have a bad attitudes towards their clients especially when claim are concerned. I registered my claim in November last year and i faxed all the necessary documents needed for my claim to be paid, after 5 weeks when i called i was told that there are some other outstanding documents that i must send again as per the e-mail i got from Ninette. And yes i faxed them to the Medical adviser of the company since Ninette was on leave. I'v been calling and calling to speak to Martha the medical adviser to found-out how far is she with the claim, but she seams not to care, l'v left several massages for her but no feedback..What i found very strange and upsetting, each and every month i pay my premiums very well.since i'v took the policy i always pay them on time. i think this company is reaping people money they don't deliver what is expected from them..I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY ANGRY... MY ADVISE TO PEOPLE WHO STILL WANT TO TAKE A POLICY WITH AIG IS ''DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME"
