No feedback on policy claim!

A claim was lodged on my deceased cousin's policy, certain documents were requested and submitted last month already however no one has come back to us with the status of the claim up to this day!

Erinco/ Enrico Amos seemed to be irritated every time I called for assistance, it was easy to take the money now it's a mission impossible to pay it back!

I need feedback on this ASAP!
