Old Mutual
Am I covered or not

I have a funeral policy with old mutual in 2011. I sent a request for a quotation as the policy that I have only covers my Grandmother, to my surprise I was told that I do not have a policy gave the agent my policy number he couldn't't pick anything up, but how I mean I have been paying old Mutual for almost 2 years for nothing
