Bad Service resulting in losing a custome

I am so unhappy with Old Mutual Service. I have had a funeral policy with them for the last 6 years when i called and wanted to know how the policy is doing i was informed i have no policy with them which. I found this very strange. After many calls and e-mails it was discovered that my ID number was captured wrong on their system which meant i was not covered for all my time with them. The worse part is when i called about this policy the call centre agent made me sound crazy that i have no policy with them. I will be cancelling all my policies with them cause i dont want to be treated as i was.

Just lost a loyal customer and very disappointed.
