Old Mutual does not pay policy life benefit

Old Mutual has not paid the full amount of the insurance as agreed in the policy. The insured amount was R54 949 from a policy that I had on my father's life. When my father died in 9 12 2012 Old Mutual paid only R 44 176.39 19.6% less than what was agreed in the contract. I do not accept it as Old Mutual cannot provide acceptable reasons for me. I want Old Mutual to honor the initial contract. Policy nr 7068433
