NO Policy but they debit monthly

My husband and I opened a funeral cover six months ago from an old mutual consultant but up to date we don't have anything on hard copy yet old mutual is happy to deduct their premium from our bank account. I called to ask them to send our policy my mail and the call centre consultant i spoke to said it would be sent in two weeks and GUESS what we are still waiting for it to be mailed to us. I'm very unhappy with Old mutual service as we have nothing to show that we are covered by them. I would like our money back and they can cancel the policy. Thanks but no thanks. YOU HAVE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED US!!!
