Regarding Policy 1776859

I would just like to state our utter dissapointment in Old Mutual.

In November 2012 we were informed that my Grandmother's life policy will expire 1/1/13, however asp the original contract the contract only expires on 1/12/13.
If this was legally changed, why were we never informed of the change and where is the new contract?
Why was a 15 year life policy change to a 14 year policy without notifying the client at any stage during the 14 years?
On 15/1/13 we put in a claim, which up to today we have not received any feedback or acknowledgement., the funeral plan has up to date also not paid out. My father, Mr. Klopper, went to the Rivonia location on two sepperate occasions and had to carry all the funeral costs.

Lastly I would like to add that Old Mutual notes on their documentation that the contract will be granted preference above everything else.

We request urgent feedback in regards with the life policy and funeral plan as this is really unacceptable.
