Refunding my payment

I paid my Foschini account online, and unfortunately the money went to RCS cards and I do not even have an RCS card. I informed them that I paid money to them wrongfully. They wanted proof from me that I did pay the money to them. Only proof I hsve is my bankstatement clearly stating that I paid the money to RCS cards. According to them, my bank statement is not vallid because they are still not sure, but it clearly states that the money was paid to them. I just want my money because its not theirs if they really have to make sure of of the payment. I sent my proof so why can they just go onto their bank statement and see that it was paid into their account and just give my money. I want my money and I will not be made a stupid because its my money.
