Dissipearing money???

I paid R400 into my credit card on 09/09/2013 and the money didn't appear om my account I went to the branch to quiry the problem and they said there is no records of me paying inn money on that day I showed them my proof of payment and they still argue that the money was not paid in???

Where did my money go into someones account for a extra bonus??? Who is going to pay the interst now on this payment defnitly not me!!!

I want someone to respond asap!!!
