Paid yet not reflecting- Jetovato

On the 26 Nov 2013 I paid vR540 via cellphone banking to Groupon Standard Bank Account for a ride Jetovator (Water propelled contraption).

I recieved no payment notification therefore lodged a support query. I was told to send proof of payment, which a day later i did. I went into Standard Bank, they printed my bank statement saying this is enough proof for payment and confirmed that R540 has been sent from my account. I emailed my bank statement (proof of payment) as requested. Received a reply saying that a bank statemnt is not enough proof of payment as it does not have the banks name, account number, refrence number etc on it which it DOES have.
Ireturned to the bank with the email from groupon saying that the bank statement they gave me was not enough proof of payment. Standard Bank said that is the only proof of payment they have as it was paid via cellphone banking.

Groupon has recieved the money as confirmed by Standard Bank (they saw R540 was recieved into the account Groupon provided) yet Groupon STILL says they have not recieved it.

The Jetovator ride is this weekend.

Please could Groupon be more efficient and help in tracking the payment.
