Say they refunded me but they did NOT

Early December I ordered some things that had to be returned as the specs were wrong and a book was damaged. A credit was passed and I could move the amount to my bank account which I did. Weeks after I have still not received the money.. I phoned numerous times and was told that the money was paid into my account. I received an email with a few system generated lines (no bank account details or proof of payment number) stating they owed me X and X was transferred into my account. I sent them my bank statement and credit card statement - reflecting no credit from Kalahari. The money was not paid into my account. I have asked them over and over to send me a decent proof of payment reflecting that this money was paid into my account but nothing. I was promised (thanks Suleman) to be contacted daily but no word since I phoned them on Monday. Now please KALAHARI, after 7 years of being your loyal customer (spending nearly R45 000 on computers, dslr cameras, Ipods, WII's etc, - 81 orders!) this is the type of service I get? Whose account did you pay MY money in to? When can I expect a resolution to this?
