What now

MY NAME IS BELINDA, my parents who are pensioners went on debt review in 2009 for payment of their vehicle. the original debt counsellor handed over to Erna Scott who never follwed up on this case. i started asking questions in jan 2013 and have not gotten this resolved, standard bank says my parents ows them money and the company that took money from my parents and paid it to standard bank (the NPDA) has sent me papers stating that standard bank ows my parents money. standard bank said their was a laps in payment and their is no proof of that. i got an email from the NCR yesterday saying that we should make arrangements to pay standard bank as they are gonna repo my parents car. i am contacting the national credit ombusman today as this has gone to far. no anwers no proof, no shame in treating pensioners like. PLEASE HELP I HAVE PROOF OF THE MONEY PAID AND THE MONEY STANDARD BANK OWS MY PARENTS AND ALL CORRESPONDENCE FROM ALL PARTIES INVOLVED!!!
