Treated as a criminal

I recently received an sms from Nedbank to inform me that my renewal credit card is ready for collection at the Parklands branch, where I then stopped by to collect with my ID book in hand. The clerk gave 6 documents for me to sign for the card, I indicated that I did not ask for a gold card but it was OK I will accept it now and take it up with card division. He then indicated to me that my signature was not the same as on the specimen on he's computer and there was a discrepency. He then asked me more security questions which I answered correctly and I gave him a new signature, I have just got of a 28 hour flight from Los Angeles plus I have diabetes and I'm pretty shaky and a hand signature might vary slightly. He then called the supervisor or team leader as they call them and she said it's not my signature, I have used the same signature for 35 years and dont' know what the problem was, this team leader then repeatedly shouted that this is not my signature, implying that I'm in front of the rest of the clients in the bank. I did not know that N/bank staff were forrensic experts in signatures! I will close all my accounts with Nedbank, they treat people with disrespect
