We arranged with a team leader in the building loans department to meet with one of his colleagues at the Rivonia branch on Saturday 14 September for us to sign documents relating to our home loan. These document was meant to be available at the branch for signature. When we arrived on Saturday morning 14 September the person meant to assist at the branch was not even in that day and the documents was not available for signature. The documents at to be generated from the system again. The service from Nedbank is the worst ever. This is not the first complaint relating to 1 building loan application with Nedbank which has now been ongoing for almost 8 months due in part to the incompetence of the staff assisting in the process. This is our 3rd visit to the branch which could have been done in 1 visit had the people knew what the processes and requirements were.
