I purchased stationery to the value of R1000 and was not allowed to complete the transaction because Jayce felt that the signature on the card didn't match my actual signature. If I was planning to use a card would I not have practised the signature on the card? Also, while standing in the store I got an sms confirming the transaction. That was not enough either. The fact that I purchased 2 Blackberrys in Kenilworth and could describe both phones didn't matter. They called RCS but still the store wouldn't let me have my stuff. Then they made me stand like a criminal and wait for the goods to be credited to my account. How humiliating and degrading. I've never been this insulted in my life. 20 minutes and I'm still waiting. Horrible, horrific service
