Admin fee not refunded as requested

On the 22nd Jan 2013 I called for a quote and told the consultant that I wanted my account to be activated from the 1st of the month, i told the consultant that i was still in 2 minds and asked if i could cancel if necessary before the 1st if i decided not to open the policy, to which he said no problem... That same day i tried to organise the tracking device as it was specified as a requirement, I chose not to install the unit in the end as i did not want to be tied in with a 3 year contract. That same day probably not even 2 hours after calling the first time an amount of R275 went off my account for the admin fee, which i found completely under handed as i very specifically said the 1st!! I called the next day to cancel my policy as this money taking really irritated me and ultimately made my decision in cancelling the policy, the person i spoke to very helpfully cancelled my policy for me said i could go to the bank to reverse this fee or i could wait 4 days and it will be refunded to me.. It's been 16 days and i haven't seen a cent I've been kept on hold so many times trying to get through to someone to help me get my money back and i'm not paying 50 rand to have it reversed!
