Waste of time

I Called king price on Saturday 05/10/13 and I was very happy with the service and my policy was activated in about 20 minutes. on Monday the 07/10/13 I got a call from king price telling me that I was misinformed regarding some details on my policy as the agent I spoke to was new. I understood that as anyone can make a mistake BUT what really me off is the cancellation of my policy. The person who called me was suppose to put me through the cancellation department but somehow the call got cut and he never bothered to call me back. I had to call back and be put on hold for over 30 minutes just to be told that someone will call me in 24hrs to cancel the policy. REALLY King price... when you activated my policy it was so quick and im cancelling only because I was given the wrong information. I was told that the retations department is very busy so they couldn't put me through... YOU CAN KEEP YOUR DECREASING PREMIUMS MR> KING as your service is very poor. I hope no debits will go off on my accounts...
