MiWarranty claims incompetence

I am hoping that Motorite is independent of Miway because there service. They quick to dismiss claims but when its legit, stall for weeks before cancelling the claim again. My car sat at the dealership for over a month and then they tell me the claim was cancelled because I went to pick up the vehicle, where in actual fact in that month they had not made contact with the dealership, even after sending an sms stating that they are waiting for the documents from the dealership. They blame me for taking a month to make one phone call, not to mention I have recieved countless promises to be called back that were never fulfilled.

I am extremely disappointed, and am considering cancelling my current comprehensive cover and portables cover to safe guard from this happening to me again. Wouldn't recommend miway given their current staff personel.
