R275 debit order for admin fee taken off bank account despite policy being cancelled (25 march) before it started (1 april). confirmed on the phone with tracey that the admin fee would not be charged since the policy had not yet started when i cancelled it. please could you let me know when I can have my money back?

Will you also be taking the premium off on the 1st april despite the policy being cancelled???
