I have taken out insurance policy with another company because I was given a better quote. I then called King Price on Friday, 22 March 2013 to cancel my insurance and I spoke to Gugu who told me that one of the client services guys will call me back regarding this. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I called again on Saturday to cancel, and I was told that someone will call me back, but guess what? NO ONE CALL ME BACK!
I made another call this morning at 08:45 and was told the same story, NO CALL BACK.
My debit order date is the 25th of every month, but for some reason, after calling several times and cancelling my insurance, money was deducted from my account on the 24th!! Wow!! You couldn't have chosen a better date!

I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CONSULTANT TO CALL ME BACK!!!
