Cancelling a policy with no luck

I took insurance with SA underwriters through a broker and I got a call from the SAU consultant so I was under the impression its the same person only to realize after taking the insurance that its actually two differnt people as the initial guy that called first called again asking for my banking detail to deduct an amount of R700 on top of the R460 that SAU will be debiting from my account. I told the broker I won't have his fee & asked to cancel and the guy gave a go ahead. I called SAU & spoke to Ntswaki, she refused to cancel the policy & said they need to investigate & when I asked what's there to investigate she said its their company policy. That was on Wed, 3/4/13 & she said they will call me back, she never did, I contacted them again later that day & she told me that the perso
n who helped me with the policy is working on it & will contact me, I'm still waiting. This morning a debit order from them went off my account and I fail to understand as they are well aware that I want to cancel this policy & was hoping you could help me cancel the policy & if I can get my money back I'd appreciate it very much.
