I'm STill WAITING!!

I applied for a credit card sometime last year (1st weekend of november) with Christal and she gave me a contract to sign and I was told it will take 14 days. I waited for the sms and nothing. Then went back to the glen branch on the 4th of january 2013 and I was told that she didn't process it. I had to reaply with zanele and she did the same thing, gave me a different contract and said I should wait another 14 days.. I still waited and when I called in the callcentre, they can't seem to find the applicetion. I want to know wht the ufck is going on??
