FNB deducts money every month and NOBODY knows why

I have been asking via all available channels as to why I am being debited for certain bank charges ever since i got my FNB account. the branches, the online customer support and the call centre will never answer my question and always tend to talk around them. I used to have an account with FNB then left it because of a very stupid incident. I came back after a few years but now im seriously considering leaving this financial provider for good.
