New Credit Card Application and Delivery

I applied for a credit card with FNB in January of this year. I spoke to a call centre agent who filled in my application. I asked for the card to be sent to my work address and the agent told me that it would take 5 working days for the application to be processed once I'd sent through the necessary documentation. So, the application was finally processed at the end of January.
When I hadn't received the card a week later, I gave the bank and call and was informed that I had not given them my work address. So they added it to my profile. The next day, and only after my second phone call, did I receive the contract for me to sign.
On the second phone call I was again told that it would take 5 working days for the card to be delivered. And yet again, I did not receive it.
Today (15 February), I called the New Card Applications department again to ask where the card was and the agent told me that the card was only redirected to my work address yesterday and that I could expect to receive it in 7 working days.

I applied for a credit card through FNB because I already bank with them but this has been such a waste of my time.
