Confirmation of credit cardrd delivery to branch

On 14 October 2013 the Standard bank callcentre phoned to confirm that my credit card is ready for collection. I asked them to confirm at which branch it is and the lady confirmed it is at the Mall@reds branch. On 15 October I decided to collect my card. My card was not there but according to the consultant at the Brooklyn branch! Now I first have to ask them to send it to Mall@reds after I already confirmed this when they phoned me to ask where to send it. This is the second time this year the callcentre gave the incorrect information regarding the location of my card. Earlier this year it was my garage card that expired and they confirmed my card was at Centurion branch, but when I got there it was actually at Mall@reds. I am sick and tired of queing and then being referred to another branch.
