Flipping useless service!!!

I was making a deposit at the ATM at the glen into my credit card at about 7pm, i put the money in and the ATM said it was busy processing my request, it did this for about 15minutes and still nothing happened, it just stayed on the same page. So i called Standard banks so called support line, it took them 10 minutes to answer the phone and the after telling them that my card is stuck in the machine as well as the money i was depositing, they told me that i will get a new card in 5 to 7 working days, and they couldn't do anything at the moment and that i would also have to wait 24 hours to report it to the branch, but as soon as i demanded to speak to a manager or supervisor i was put on hold again and waited another 10 minutes and then 'miraculously' the ATM was suddenly rebooted. Then finally the supervisor answered and told me that he can only get me an emergency card in 3 working days?? what if i have an emergency tomorrow?? then what?? the fact that i still had to waste R30 of my own flipping airtime and still ask the supervisor for a reference number for proof is flipping disgusting, I want this resolved tomorrow!! i'm not waiting for 3 days!!
